The average person spends 80,000 hours at work over their lifetime……….so it is important to enjoy your job.

Love what you do. Do what you love.”  Wayne Dyer

According to a recent ‘Happiness at work’ survey, one in four workers are dissatisfied with their job.  That means that 6 million workers are unhappy at work.  And if you are unhappy at work, this will naturally impact on your quality of life.  Another survey by the Chartered Institute of Management found that almost 50% of managers do not believe they have achieved their real potential.

Having ability and intelligence is not the key. It's recognising that ability, appreciating it, developing it, and then using it.”  Zig Ziglar

Today, more than ever, it is important that you are clear on what you want and how you can achieve it. Many of us drift into a job or career without having a clear plan.  Career planning can appear scary, but is essential to have a career you enjoy.
