John Bryans is a highly effective and inspirational coach.

Prior to forming Peoplescape in 2006, John held senior human resource management roles across a variety of industries including music services, leisure, media and publishing, as well as public and third sector organisations. Throughout his corporate career he was responsible for delivering operational and strategic HR services within complex, changing environments and leading multi-disciplinary teams.

John’s business experience and excellent interpersonal skills enable him to work at corporate, team and individual levels. He is passionate about personal development and how coaching empowers people to achieve more. He has spent 25 years’ supporting managers across a wide-range of functional areas to increase their leadership abilities, improve their personal impact and motivate themselves and others more effectively. His goal-orientated approach to coaching combines pragmatic business focus with sensitivity to personal needs and issues: resulting in individuals becoming more self-sufficient, and taking action to bring about sustainable change. 

John also tutors on a range of accredited coaching courses, is an author of course materials and mentors talented individuals who have taken the plunge into self-employment.

A certified coach, John is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Chartered Management Institute. He is also a qualified user of the MBTI® personality tool and accredited to use a range of 360º British Psychological Association approved coaching questionnaires.

Drawing upon his wealth of HR knowledge and expertise, he is also building an impressive reputation for delivering straightforward, practical HR services to the SME market. When not busy working, John spends as much time as possible with his family, is a self-confessed film buff, avid traveller and keen cyclist.
